Note: The Risk Security matrix does not cover the Compliance system. Therefore, a user role must be allocated to each staff member who need to access Camms.Risk Compliance.
Camms.Risk Compliance permissions has the following formats:
Static permission structure – designated roles entailing a standard set of capabilities around the system, setup as User Roles via the Compliance Framework. Please refer the Compliance Settings – User Roles article on how to set this up.
Flexible permission structure – dynamic roles with the ability to define the capabilities for the roles are.

1.1 Compliance – Static Permissions

Standard Compliance Add Permission | Select this permission to add/edit and save items. |
Standard Unlock All Objects In Compliance Drafts for Editing Permission | Select this permission to edit all objects available in the Compliance workflow when a Compliance record is in a draft state as well. |
Display all records in registers | Select this permission to view all Compliance records in registers. |
User Settings | Select this permission to add/edit user settings. |
User Roles Settings | Select this permission to add/edit user roles. |
Standard Role Settings | Select this permission to add/edit standard roles. |
Location Settings | Select this permission to add/edit location settings. |
Priority Settings | Select this permission to add/edit priority settings. |
Severity Settings | Select this permission to add/edit severity settings. |

Risk Rating Type Settings | Select this permission to add/edit risk rating type settings. |

Code Setup | Select this permission to add/edit the code setup for Compliance records. |
List Item Configuration | Select this permission to add/edit list items configurations. |
Display Text Settings | Select this permission to add/edit display texts in the Compliance product. |
Object Configuration Settings | Select this permission to add/edit object configurations. |
Register Configuration Settings | Select this permission to add/edit register configurations. |
Workflow Configuration Settings | Select this permission to add/edit workflow configurations. |
Type Configuration | Select this permission to add/edit type configurations. |
Notification Settings | Select this permission to add/edit notification settings. |
Miscellaneous Settings | Select this permission to add/edit miscellaneous settings. |
Custom Table Settings | Select this permission to add/edit custom table settings. |
Display Alert Register | Select this permission to display the alert register. |
Add / Edit / Delete Alert Details | Select this permission to add/edit/delete alert details. |
Review Frequency Settings | Select this permission to add/edit review frequency settings in the Compliance workflow. |
Dashboard Configuration Settings | Select this permission to configure the incident dashboard. |
Register Grouping Configuration | Select this permission to add/edit register grouping configuration for the online portal. |
Type Group Configuration Settings | Select this permission to add/edit type group configuration settings. |
Undo Finalised Review Details for Actions | Select this permission to be able to undo a finalised review for actions. |
Object Section Configuration Settings | Select this permission to add/edit object section settings. |
1.2 Compliance – Flex Permissions
Under Role Management (accessed via Camms.Risk Menu > Administration > Role Management > Add new/Edit. select the 'COMPLIANCE' option, within the 'Product' dropdown.

Authority Document > Register | View All | Select this permission to view all Authority Documents regardless of its hierarchy or created user in the Authority Document Register. |
| View All Not Linked to Hierarchy | Select this permission to view Authority Documents that are not linked to a hierarchy, in the Authority Document Register. |
| View Node Only | Select this permission to view Authority Documents that are only related to a node in the hierarchy, in the Authority Document Register. |
| View Node With Children | Select this permission to view Authority Documents that are under a node, along with its children, in the Authority Document Register. |
| View All Created | Select this permission to view Authority Documents only if you (logged in user) created it, in the Authority Document Register. |
