Compliance Workspace – My Quick Update

1. Overview |
The My Quick Update page can be accessed via Menu > Workspace > My Quick Update or via the left-hand navigation panel.
The My Quick Update page will display all Compliance and Compliance Actions and all objects configured to be displayed in the My Quick Update page (via Menu > Framework > Compliance Settings > Object Configuration > [select Object] > [enable Show in My Quick Update option]) that you are responsible for, and offers the following functionality making it easier for you to carry out periodic updates:
Hyperlinked records to navigate you to the record details page.
Expand the update area of the record to view further details.
Allows you to update and save multiple records in one click.
Notes:
Fields/columns displayed in the My Quick Update page for a Compliance Object can be configured by enabling the ‘Show In My Quick Update’ tick box in the 'Field Configuration Details' page accessed via Menu > Framework > Compliance Settings > Object Configuration > [select Object] > [select Field Object] > [enable Show in My Quick Update option].
If there are any sections in the 'My Quick Update' which have no records to show, these sections will be hidden for the logged in user.
Example: If the logged in user Joe Smith does not have any responsible Compliance records in the system, the ‘My Compliance/My Compliance Actions’ sections will be completely hidden to them in the ‘My Quick Update’ area of the application.
Compliance based My Quick Updates will be sorted by the overdue status.
A maximum of five (5) records are displayed under each section. If you wish to view all records on one section, click on the Showing X of Y tag and an expanded view will be displayed. The expanded view will display a maximum of 15 records per page. You can use the page navigation panel at the bottom to navigate through pages to locate a record.
2. My Compliance |
This section will display all Compliance records where you are the responsible officer. Clicking on a Compliance title will take you to the Compliance Details object of the Compliance Record in a new window.
To update details, enter/select values from the fields that have been configured to display here (via the 'Field Configuration Details' page accessed Menu > Framework > Compliance Settings > Object Configuration > [select Compliance Object] > [select Field Object] > [enable Show in My Quick Update option]), and click the Save button at the top of the section.
To view Compliance records in the Explorer View, click on the link See My Compliances in Explorer View link at the top of the page.
This will open the 'My Obligation Explorer' window and update details in this page too.
3. My Compliance Actions |
This section will display all Compliance actions where you are the responsible officer. Clicking on a Compliance title will take you to the Compliance Action object of the Compliance Record in a new window.
To update summary details (e.g. action status, percent complete), enter/select values from the fields that have been configured to display here (via the 'Field Configuration Details' page accessed Menu > Framework > Compliance Settings > Object Configuration > [select Action Object] > [select Field Object] > [enable Show in My Quick Update option]), and click the Save button at the top of the section.
To update Compliance Action Details of the action object, click on the + icon to expand the incident, update details and click the Save button at the top of each Action.
