The report consists of two sections named Controls Summary which provides a graphical overview of risks and controls linked to an Incident record. Following a detailed section which provides details on the Risks and Controls linked to a Custom Hierarchy.

Filters: Refer attachment (Process Risks and Controls Report_Report Filters.xlsx).
