Camms is pleased to bring you the Quarterly Product Update Release Note for the Camms.Risk Compliance Capability

This quarter we've got exciting enhancements to improve your user experience within the system, which will be available in your Test environment on 12th October 2024 and will be available in your Live environment on 2nd November 2024.

1. Introducing Control Review Related Edit permissions to Compliance User Roles for Control Object

1. Introducing Control Review Related Edit permissions to Compliance User Roles for Control Object

This enhancement allows compliance users to have field-wise edit permissions for the fields Review Frequency, Next Review Date, and Last Review Date related to the Control review process.

How do you configure this?

  • Compliance Administrators can grant these 3 permissions to any user role via Compliance Settings > User Roles > [Role] > Controls (ControlObject).

  • Once permissions are set, users will be able to edit the 3 fields Last Review Date, Next Review Date and Review Frequency in the Add New Control Record popup and Edit Control Record popup.

How does this work?

  • Users will be able to add values to the fields Last Review Date, Next Review Date and Review Frequency from the Add New Control Record popup and Edit Control Record popup based on the newly added permissions and users will be able to view the added values in the Controls Record Grid in the Controls Object.

2. Introducing 'Secondary Responsible Officer' column to the Standard Obligation Register Report

2. Introducing 'Secondary Responsible Officer' column to the Standard Obligation Register Report

This modification introduces a new ‘Secondary Responsible Officer’ column to the Standard Obligation Register Report, which allows you to capture the details of the Secondary Responsible Officer’s assigned to each Obligation record, ensuring more comprehensive tracking.

How does this work?

  • The ‘Secondary Responsible Officer' column will appear between the existing ‘Responsible Officer’ and 'Date Changed’ columns in the Standard Obligation Register Report.

  • If the ‘Secondary Responsible Officer’ field has been enabled within your environment, the corresponding data will be automatically captured in the Report for each Obligation.
