This section provides detailed information about the Camms.College learning platform, particularly information related to Group Admin.
The following are the areas addressed in this section,

Overview of the Navigation and Dashboard

This section provides guidance on using the Dashboard with information on:

  • Exploring specific sections of the Dashboard

  • How to use the Profile Information section

  • How to view Notifications from the Platform Admin

  • How to monitor your progress using Learner Statistics

  • Viewing a Learning Activity on the Dashboard

  • How to monitor your Service Hours (for Group Admins only)

  • How to Track Learner User Activities (for Group Admins only)

The Dashboard is the default view a user sees upon logging into the platform. It consists of five (05) main sections:

  • Learner Profile Information

  • Notifications

  • Learner Statistics

  • My Learning Activities

  • Service Hours (for Group Admins only)

More information on each section is provided below. 

Learner Profile Information – Display group admin information such as name and email address. And “Profile” button is available to redirect user to profile section.

Notifications - This section provides information about the Notifications area on the Dashboard. These notifications are designed to keep you informed. Once distributed, they appear promptly in the 'Notifications' area, ensuring you never miss a critical announcement.

Learner Statistics - This section provides information about the Learner Statistics area ron the Dashboard. The Learner Statistics section displays the status of all Learning Activities in which you are currently enrolled. Statistics are grouped and displayed in totals by activity status ‘Completed’, ‘Incomplete’, and ‘Not Attempted’.

Learning Activities - This section provides information about the Learning Activities located on the Dashboard. The Dashboard displays the Learning Activities in which the learner is currently enrolled, grouped into three categories as follows,

  • My Training Courses 

  • My Webinars 

  • My Face-to-Face Training 

Consulting Hours (Group Admins only)- This section provides information about the Service Hours area located on the Dashboard. It is visible to Group Administrators only.

This section contains three (03) additional options as follows

  • Renew My Contract - Click the "Renew My Contract" button to send a request email to the company/platform admin. The company/platform will contact you shortly to proceed with the renewal.

  • Buy Additional Hours - Click the "Buy Additional Hours" button to send a request email to the company/platform admin. The company/platform will contact you shortly to arrange the purchase of additional hours.

  • Book a Consultant - Clicking this option will redirect you to the Camms College website.

Quick View of Utilisation Hours - Click on the utilisation widget in the Dashboard to view a breakdown of utilised hours.
