This section provides detailed information about the Camms.College learning platform, particularly information related to Group Admin.

Overview of the Navigation and Dashboard

This section provides guidance on using the Dashboard with information on:

  • Exploring specific sections of the Dashboard

  • How to use the Profile Information section

  • Learning Resource and Community Engagement

  • How to monitor your progress using Learner Statistics

  • Viewing a Learning Activity on the Dashboard

  • How to monitor your Service Hours (for Group Admins only)

  • How to Track Learner User Activities (for Group Admins only)

 

The Dashboard is the default view a user sees upon logging into the platform. It consists of five (05) main sections:

  • Learner Profile Information

  • Learning Resource and Community Engagement

  • Learner Statistics

  • Continue Learning

  • My Learning Activities

  • Service Hours (for Group Admins only)

More information on each section is provided below. 

Learner Profile Information – The learner's profile section displays essential details about the Group Admin, including their profile image, name, and associated group. To access the complete profile information, simply click on the profile image, which will redirect you to the profile page.

Learning Resource and Community Engagement - This section provides users with access to a variety of learning resources to enhance their understanding of the Camms solution. The "Explore All Resources" button directs users to the catalogue of learning materials.

In addition, the "Visit Community" link directs users to the Camms Community platform, where they can connect, collaborate, and engage with other learners and professionals.

Learner Statistics - This section provides information about the Learner Statistics area on the Dashboard. The Learner Statistics section displays the status of all Learning Activities in which you are currently enrolled. Statistics are grouped and displayed in totals by activity status ‘Completed’, ‘Incomplete’, and ‘Not Attempted’.

Continue Learning - This section displays the most recent activities with an "Incomplete" status, allowing learners to quickly resume their progress and seamlessly continue their learning journey.

 

My Learning Activities - This section provides information about the Learning Activities located on the Dashboard. The Dashboard displays the Learning Activities in which the learner is currently enrolled, grouped into three categories as follows,

  • My Training Courses 

  • My Webinars 

  • My Face-to-Face Training 

 

Consulting Hours (Group Admins only)- This section provides information about the Service Hours area located on the Dashboard. It is visible to Group Administrators only.
