An audit trail for each risk can be accessed via the 'Risk History' page'. To access the audit trail: 

  • STEP 1: Go to Menu > Risk Management > Risk History.

  • STEP 2: Select a risk type and a time period and click Display Audit Trail Data to view the results.

  • STEP 3: You can export this data to Microsoft Excel by clicking on the Export to Excel Button next to Export To.
