Generating Reports on User Activity and Progress

To access the available reports, click on All Reports' in 'Reports' ’ available in the main menu.

Learning Progress Summary Report

The Learning Progress Summary Report contains the provides summary information of all learners against across each enrolled learning activity enrolled into.

Create New Report – Create New Report allows you to select the learning activities, learner groups and date range and learning progress status using your custom report template.

Click the [Manage] button within the Learning Progress Summary report shown displayed above to start the process of begin generating the intended desired report.  

Step 1 

Select Activities – The Group Admin must tick (✓) the Activity Title(s) based on the reporting requirement and requirements, then click the [Next] button at the right bottom of the screen to proceed. To select all Activity Titles, tick (✓) the topmost box.

Select Group – The Group Admin must tick (✓) their organization from organisation on the Select Group page and , then click the [Next] button at the right bottom of the screen to proceed.

Select Date Range – The Group Admin must select the date ranges and learner statuses based on the reporting requirement and requirements, then click the [Next] button at the bottom right bottom of the screen to proceed.

Learning Progress Summary Report – Upon After completing the steps above steps , the user will be taken into directed to the screen below screen , which displays the a snapshot of the results the user intended to retrieve upon selecting the filters based on the filters selected in the previous screens.

Manage Filters - Manage filters allows Allows you to create and manage reporting filters, such as learning activities, learner groups, and date ranges to save , which can be saved as reusable reporting filters.  

Click the [Manage] button within the Manage Filters function to edit, load and , or delete the saved filters that was saved.  

Learning Progress Details Report

The Learning Progress Detailed Report provides a comprehensive overview of individual Learner performance against for each enrolled learning activity enrolled into.

Step 4 

Select Date Range, Learning Progress Status and Learner Status – The user can select the date ranges Learning Progress Status range, learning progress status, and learner statuses based on the desired search criteria in the mind and click , then click the [Next] button at the bottom right bottom of the screen to proceed further with selecting the reporting filters.

Learning Progress Details Report – Upon After completing the steps above steps , the user will be taken into directed to the below screen which displays the screen below, displaying a snapshot of the results the user intended to retrieve upon selecting based on the filters selected in the previous screens.

The Learner History Report provide a comprehensive overview of learner user activities up to the current date. This self-generatable report offers valuable insights into each activity performed by the learner user. (refer the learner history report in General User Guide)
