Getting Started page is your go-to introduction, offering a quick overview of essential system features and responsibilities.
To access the Getting Started page, use one of these options:
Go to Menu > Workspace > Getting Started.
Click on the Getting Started icon in the left-hand navigation panel.
The Getting Started page can be configured via Mega Menu > Incident Settings > Getting Started Page Configuration. Additional options can be accessed through Mega Menu > Incident Settings > Incident Type Group Configuration to configure and manage incident type groups, allowing for customised organisation and settings tailored to specific incident types.
Clicking on a View Existing Records will direct you to the incident registers, where you can access and review detailed records of past incidents.
Clicking on a View My Updates will direct to the My Quick Update page, providing a quick and organized overview of your recent updates and activities.
