Camms is pleased to bring you the Quarterly Product Update Notification for the Camms.Risk Audit Capability

This quarter we've got exciting enhancements to improve your user experience within the system, which will be available in your Test environment on 13th July 2024 and will be available in your Live environment on 3rd August 2024.

• As the Audit Administrator, this allows you to display the latest comment/record of the Status Report and Status Report Summary fields in the Audit Recommendation Register and Audit Recommendation Register Excel export.

How do you configure this? 

• There will be a newly added setting available in Administration > Configuration > IRM Settings to allow you to configure whether you want to see the latest comment in the status report and status summary report fields in the Audit Recommendation Register.

How does this work?

• Previously, the status report and status summary report fields listed all the comments that were logged so far as comma-separated values from the register view. However, when viewing a respective record in detail, only the latest comment logged by a user is displayed.

• This newly introduced setting allows you to configure whether you want to see only the latest comment from the register view and in the Excel output. Once you turn the setting on, it will display only the latest record from the Register.

• By default, this setting will be off. You can turn it on according to your preference.
