1. New Common Login Interface for Seamless Access

1. New Common Login Interface for Seamless Access

Introduction of a new common login page to replace the multiple product-specific login pages previously in use. This modification provides seamless access to all Camms products through a single, unified login interface, simplifying the user experience and enhancing security.

This update is applicable for clients who use forms authentication.

Note: Camms. Talent doesn’t support this feature yet; it will be integrated to Common Login in Q4 release.

How does it work?

  • Users will be redirected to the common login page when they enter a product URL. Upon successful authentication, they will be redirected to the relevant product.

This enhancement strengthens the password policy for forms authentication. Passwords must now consist of a minimum of 8 characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one symbol.

How does it work?

  • When the password is changed or reset, it must meet the following criteria. This is applicable to the Manage User area and the Change Password option within My Settings across all products.

    • Must consist of minimum of 8 characters

    • Must include at least an upper-case letter

    • Must include at least one lower case letter

    • Must include at least one number

  • As the user types the password, the conditions that are fulfilled will be highlighted in green.

3. Ability to configure the account lockout policy

3. Ability to configure the account lockout policy

This modification allows for the configuration of the account lockout policy. The account will be locked for a specified period after a certain number of failed login attempts. During this lockout period, the user will be unable to log in to the product. The user will be able to log in again once the configured lockout period has ended.

How does it work?

  • The account will be locked for the configured duration after the specified number of failed attempts. After each failed attempt, the system will indicate the number of remaining attempts.

  • Once the account is locked, the user will not be able to log in to the product. The user will be able to log in again after the configured lockout period has ended. The system will indicate the time remaining until the account is unlocked.

How to configure?

  • Please contact Camms support to enable this feature.

  • To enable this feature, please provide the following three values to the Camms support team:
