  • Test the system on a different network if possible. E.g. Home Wi-Fi without VPN

  • Check for any VPN-related issues.

  • Temporarily disable the VPN and test the system performance.

  • Check for consistent slowness on different networks.

  • Check Cloud-Based Security Platforms:

    • ➢ Investigate whether you are using any cloud-based security platforms or browser plugins, such as Zscaler, McAfee Internet security, or similar services.

    • ➢ Verify if these platforms might be impacting the performance or blocking certain URLs of our systems.

    • ➢ Collaborate with the ICT team to ensure that our system URLs are correctly identified as safe and not categorized as potential security threats.
