You have an option to add quick recommendations by entering just the title of the recommendation, and a recommendation number will be auto generated. This gives you the flexibility to simply add recommendation titles and later on add further details to each recommendation.
You can create a quick recommendation using the following two windows:
Finding Register
Recommendation Register
2. Quick Recommendation via Finding Register |
To create a quick recommendation via the finding register:
STEP 1: Click on a Finding you wish to add recommendations to, from the Finding Register, via Menu > Audit Management > Finding.
STEP 2: At the bottom of the page, click on the Add new button.
STEP 3: Enter the 'Recommendation Title' and click the save icon to save. Once saved, a 'Recommendation Number' will be automatically generated. You may add many quick recommendations for a finding detail.
3. Quick Recommendation via Recommendation Register |
To create a quick recommendation via the Recommendation Register:
STEP 1: Navigate to the Recommendation Register via Menu > Audit Management > Recommendation.
STEP 2: Click the New button at the top-right corner of the window to open the 'Add New Recommendation' popup window.
STEP 3: Select the audit you wish to add recommendations to, from the 'Audit' dropdown, and select a finding you wish to add recommendations to, from the 'Finding' dropdown, and click the Add new button.
STEP 4: Enter the 'Recommendation Title' and click the Save button to save details. Once saved, a 'Recommendation Number' will be automatically generated. You may add many quick recommendations for the same audit-finding combination.
