Please raise a CRM case to request the PBIX file for the project dashboard
Click on Transform data > Transform data
In the Power Query Editor under the Parameters folder, select the preferred host
The host will depend on region that you are situated in as well as the environment (Live or Test)

Replace the Token
Make sure the token aligns with the selected host. If you are connecting to live data, use the live token. If you are connecting to test data, use the test token.
Replace the Azure-Subscription-key
Make sure the subscription key aligns with the selected host and the API connector you are using.
If you are using the Incident APIs for live data, use the Incident subscription key linked to live data. If you are using the Incident APIs for test data, use the Incident subscription key linked to test data. Apply the same approach to other modules as well.
Make sure every query refreshes correctly
From here you can edit the dashboard as per your requirement and include additional datapoints via the APIs for datapoints which are not included in the template
If you need extra support, you can use your support hours to get help from the custom reporting team or have them handle the process for you. Please refer to this article for the support hours needed for full activation → GSP - Incident | Out of the box Incident Dashboard | Power BI - GSP/PPM Support Documentation - Confluence
