Type: Design Form Report

Description: Incident Summary Report provides a summary of all the incidents within the past 12 months, a total of open and closed incidents up to date, and a column chart visualization representing the number of incidents for the past 12 months based on its priority will be enlisted, correspondingly the detailed information will be presented in a grid format grouped based on its priority.
