Type: Basic Report (Does not use Design Forms).

Description: This will give the user a snapshot view of the Incident Actions. This comprises of a stacked bar chart, indicating the count of Actions for each Responsible Officer and stacked based on the Action Status. Further, a grid will be available to view the basic details of  Incident Actions, grouped by the Action Status.

Orientation: A4 Portrait.
