Type: Basic Report (Does not use Design Forms).

Description: This will give the user a snapshot view of the Incident Register. Comprises of a stacked bar chart, indicating the count of Incidents for each Incident Category, and stacked based on the Incident Status. Further, a grid will be available to view the basic details of Incidents.

Orientation: A4 Portrait.
