2. Introducing a revamped version of User Report |
---|
This revamped version of the User Report will consolidate the functionalities of the existing 'Staff List Report', 'User Overview Standard', and 'User Overview' reports into a comprehensive single report. This enhanced version will allow you to extract vital information pertaining to users/staff, such as Name, Position, Organizational Link, Email, User Role, and more into an Excel report.
Furthermore, the report extends its support to both Flex and Static Hierarchy-based scenarios. This enhancement enables users to capture User Roles across various modules including Risk, Strategy, Project, Incident, and Role Management section (Flex enabled).
How does this work?
To access the report, navigate to Camms.Strategy > Reports > Administration > User Report.
Once you click on the User Report, a new window will appear displaying the Report filters that can be applied before generating the report. These filters include:
Hierarchy – If the Static Hierarchy is enabled within your environment, this filter would enable you to filter the report based on the Organization Hierarchy only. Else if the Flex Hierarchy is enabled within your environment, you would only be able to filter the report based on the Organization Hierarchy and any of the Custom Hierarchies listed within this section.
Groups/Roles – This filter would allow you to filter the report based on the Groups/Roles assigned to Users.
Show Inactive Users – Ticking this checkbox would allow you to capture Inactive Users within the Report.
Once the required filters have been applied, you would be able to preview the Report by clicking on the ‘Preview’ button.
Once the Report is generated, the report preview would enable you to view the list of Users captured based on the filtration that were applied.
If you wish to download the report, you can simply click on the ‘Export drop down menu’ and select the export type.
3. Introducing a revamped version of Action and Task Progress Report |
---|
This revamp of the existing Action and Task Progress report will aim to uplift the overall UI/UX of the report and bring it in line with standard Camms Reporting Guidelines in addition to adding new sections which can be toggled on/off to better meet a broader set of reporting use cases.Â
Here are the new features and functionalities that are introduced:
Improved Data Visualization – The report has been revamped by focusing on improving the visual representation of data. This has been achieved by introducing an option to view the Action Target and Actual Completions by months or quarters and a new section that showcases a stacked bar graph to illustrate Action Performance, Action Status, and Task Status.
Multiple Hierarchy Filter - The new multiple Hierarchy Filter which is being developed for standard Risk reports has been incorporated into the report, allowing you to select multiple hierarchy nodes and filter across the hierarchy structures.
"Hide Staff Names" controller - You will now be able to hide Staff names from the report for external sharing.
How does this work?
To access the report, navigate to Camms.Strategy > Reports > Corporate Plans > Progress Reporting > Action and Task Progress Report - New.
Once you click on the ‘Action and Task Progress Report – New’, a new window will appear displaying the Report filters that can be applied before generating the report.Â
After applying the necessary filters, you can preview the report by clicking the 'Preview' button.
Once the Report is generated, the report preview will allow you to view all the Action and Task details captured based on the applied filtration.
If you wish to download the report, you can simply click on the ‘Export drop down menu’ and select the export type.
