Camms is pleased to bring you the Quarterly Product Update Release Note for the Camms.Strategy.

This quarter we've got exciting enhancements to improve your user experience within the system, which will be available in your Test environment on 15th March 2025 and will be available in your Live environment on 5th April 2025.

This enhancement enables organisations to centralise and aggregate Key Risk Indicator (KRI) performance using Risk Tolerance Scorecards. Users can now link scorecards to specific risks, providing comprehensive visibility into risk exposure through aggregated KRI metrics. This feature strengthens risk monitoring capabilities by allowing teams to track performance against established tolerance thresholds, supporting informed decision-making.

How do you configure this?

• Navigate to Mega menu > Planning > Performance Management > Scorecards.

• Within the Scorecard area, access existing scorecards or create new ones.

• Once a scorecard is created, link relevant KRIs to the scorecard and assign weightings to determine performance calculations.

• After setting up the scorecard, navigate to the Links tab and create a new linkage with an existing risk.

• Once linked, the scorecard becomes visible in the risk’s Links tab. Ensure the Links tab is enabled within the risk workflow.

How does it work?

• Once configured, users can view the scorecard linked to a risk within the Links tab.

• The scorecard will display a performance traffic light/rating, which reflects its overall performance based on:

  • The target of the scorecard.

  • The acceptance variance of the scorecard.

  • The performance of the KRIs within the scorecard (with their weighting applied).
