This article contains:

1. Committees

This functionality shows all the council committees listed in a grid view as shown in the below figure.

The records can be sorted by clicking the Column Name. For example; if the user clicks Committee the records will be sorted on Committee name in alphabetical order.

The user can also search by committee name and primary contact name. The search criterion can be saved by ticking the Save selection for next time.

To view all the details of the committee, click on Committee name. Then the use will be directed to a page showing a table view of all members, roles, start date and end date as shown in the below figure.

2. Teams

This functionality shows all the Teams listed in a grid view as shown in the below figure.

The records can be sorted by clicking the Column Name. For Example; If the user clicks Name the records will be sorted on the team name in alphabetical order.

The user can also search, by team name and primary contact name. The search criterion can be saved by ticking the Save selection for next time.

To view all the details of the team, click on Team Name. Then the user will be directed to a page showing a table view of all participant names, roles, start date, and end date as shown in the below figure.

3. Member List 

This functionality shows all the system members listed in a grid view as shown in the below figure.

The records can be sorted by clicking the Column Name. For Example; If the user clicks Display Name the records will be sorted on Member name in alphabetical order.

The user can also search, by member name and Committee name. The search criterion can be saved by ticking the Save selection for next time.

To view all the details of the team, click on 'Display name'. Then the use will be directed to a page showing a table view of basic member details and the committee details with an image of the member as shown in the below figure.
