This section provides information about the Consulting Hours area located on the Dashboard.

This section provides information about the Consulting Hours area located on the Dashboard. This section is visible to Group Administrators only.

The Service Hours section displays a summary of the Camms.College Service Hours available to your organization.

The first column displays ‘Total Hours’ available for the contract period. The second column displays the ‘Utilized Hours’ and the third column displays the ‘Remaining Hours’ for the duration of the Camms.College contract period. Donut chart showcases utilisation as a percentage of the total allocation.

Moreover, beneath the Consulting Hours widget, Group Administrators can utilise the following functionalities:

  • Renew My Contract: Initiating a contract renewal is easier than ever. Upon confirmation, an automatic email notification is dispatched to the Platform Administrator, who will assist you through the renewal journey.

  • Buy Additional Hours: Should the need for supplemental learning hours arise, confirm your intention to purchase more. Platform Administrator will promptly get in touch to streamline this acquisition.

  • Book a Consultant: For those moments when expert insights are essential, the "Book a Consultant" feature seamlessly redirects users to the Virtual Consulting page on our platform.

The section displays the hours available within the current contract period. These hours will be reset every 12 months on contract renewal. If any additional hours are purchased during the duration of the contract period, those hours will also be displayed on the dashboard.
