This section provides information about the Service Hours area located on the Dashboard. This section is visible to Group Administrators only.

Consulting Hours

The Service Hours section provides a summary of the active consulting hours available to your organization within the specified period for Camms.College.

The first column displays the ‘Total Hours’ available for the contract period. The second column shows the ‘Utilized Hours’ and the third column displays the ‘Remaining Hours’ for the duration of the Camms.College contract period. You can view the utilised hours breakdown by clicking on Utilised Hours column. The Pie chart display the utilised hours vs remaining hours.

Consulting Hours in Dashboard

 

This section displays the hours available within the current subscription period. The subscription period is the duration for which your service hours allocation is valid. These hours will up reset every 12 months (based on contract period) upon contract renewal. If additional hours are purchased during the contract period, those hours will also be displayed on the dashboard while they remain active.

Utilisation hours will be marked in red if they exceed the allocated hours during the active subscription period.

In this section, we also explore additional functionalities available to Group Admins, empowering you to manage your group's learning experience more effectively.

  • Renew My Subscription– When you confirm the request to renew your contract, an email notification is automatically sent to the Platform Administrator. They will subsequently reach out to you to guide you through the renewal process.

  • Buy Additional Hours - if you require extra learning hours, simply confirm your request to buy additional hours. An email notification will be sent to the Platform Administrator, who will then contact you to facilitate the purchase.

  • Book a Consultant – Need expert guidance? Clicking on "Book a Consultant" will redirect you to the Camms College website (URL: Camms College Official), where you can easily request the services of a consultant to enhance your learning experience. 

Quick View of Utilisation Hours - Click on the total hours widget or utilisation widget in the Dashboard to view a breakdown.
