Launch a Webinar or F2F Training
This section will enable you with information on how to launch a ‘Webinar’ or ‘Face-to-Face (F2F)’ Learning Activity.
Enrolled Webinars and F2F Training are launched by selecting the [View] button from either the Dashboard or My Learning.
Webinars can also be accessed from the [View] button on the Catalogue. For the button to appear on the Catalogue tile, you must first self-enroll/ into the activity.
Clicking on a [View] button will display the My Learning Details page where you can launch the activity.
How to launch a Webinar or F2F activity from the Dashboard:
Step 1
Click ‘Catalogue’ on the Welcome Panel.
Step 2
Navigate to either ‘My Webinars’ or ‘My Face-to-Face Training’ and click the [View All] button.
Step 3
Locate the desired Webinar or F2F Training from the list. Select the [View] button under the Action column.
Step 4
The relevant My Learning Details page for the Learning Activity will open. Locate and click the [Launch] button for the desired resource.
Step 5
The video will launch within a pop-up screen. Do not close the page while interacting with the pop-up window.
How to launch a Webinar or F2F activity from My Learning:
Step 1
Click ‘My Learning’ on the Welcome Panel.
Step 2
Navigate to either ‘Webinars’ or ‘Face-to-Face Training’ on the sub-navigation tab.
Step 3
Locate the desired Webinar or F2F Training from the list. Select the [View] button under the Action column.
Step 4
The relevant My Learning Details page for the Learning Activity will open. Locate and click the [Launch] button for the desired resource.
Step 5
The video will launch within a pop-up screen. Do not close the page while interacting with the pop-up window.
How to launch a Webinar from the Catalogue:
Step 1
Click ‘Catalogue’ on the Welcome Panel.
Step 2
Click ‘Webinars’ on the sub-navigation tab.
Step 3
Locate the desired Webinar from the list and select the [View] button. For the buttons to appear, you must first self-enroll into the activity.
Step 4
