Camms is pleased to announce the July 2024 Release for the Camms.College Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
This release includes a number of enhancements to improve your user experience within the system. They will be available to all users on Thursday, 18th July 2024.

Feature Release
1. Empowering Group Admins with Bespoke Learning Distribution
We are pleased to introduce a new feature designed to enhance the learning experience for group administrators and their learners. This update empowers group administrators within the learning platform to efficiently distribute bespoke learning content to learners from their organisation, ensuring everyone has access to the appropriate resources.
What Can Be Distributed?
Group administrators can distribute various types of bespoke learning activities, including:
Courses
Webinars
Face-to-Face sessions
Who Can Receive Distributions?
This feature ensures that only bespoke (unique to their own group) learning activities are distributed within their assigned groups, maintaining relevance and specificity.
New Distribution Management Capabilities:
Assigning Learning Activities: Group admins can now easily assign bespoke learning activities to their group members, making sure everyone has access to essential training and development resources. To distribute the learning activity to learners following steps should follow.
Step 1: Navigate to the “Learning Distribution“ which is in the Distribution module in welcome panel (main menu).
Step 2: Select the checkbox for the respective learning activity(ies) in the Learning Distribution section, then click "Next".
Step 3: Select learners or group (to select all learners in the group) and click “Distribute”
Distribution Date Field - The Distribution Date field automatically contains the current date and time for immediate distribution. If you wish to schedule the distribution for a future date, use the distribution date selection option to specify the desired date and time.
Removing Learning Activities: Group admins also have the ability to remove distributed bespoke learning activities from learners within their group. This can be done by individual learner or selecting the list of learners and clicking the “remove distribution” button. The system will automatically remove the distribution of selected learners upon confirmation.
Step 1: Navigate to the “Learning Distribution” section in the Distribution module from the welcome panel (main menu) and click “View” for the respective learning activity to see the list of learners who have already been distributed this learning activity.
Step 2: Select the learner(s) you wish to remove from the distribution and click “Remove Distribution” at the bottom left of the page.

1. Enhanced Login Page Layout
The login page layout has been revamped to showcase upcoming events alongside the login option, providing users with more information right at the start.

2. Introduction of a Common Loader
A new common loader has been implemented throughout the application to enhance user experience, ensuring smoother transitions and loading times.

3. Browser Back Button Functionality Restored
Issues associated with the browser back button have been fixed, ensuring it now functions correctly on any page within the application.
