Administration: Creating datasets for Compliance Custom Objects/Tables, Registers and Multi Value Fields

As a Compliance Administrator, you can create dedicated datasets for specific instances of custom objects, tables, registers, and multi-value fields used within your compliance workflows. Insights Administrators can then enable these datasets for use within Insights. Follow the instructions below:

Within Compliance - creating datasets for custom objects

  • STEP 1: Go to Framework > Compliance Settings > Object Configuration. Click on the desired custom object and locate the Create Insights Dataset button.

  • STEP 2: Click it to create the dataset.

  • STEP 3: Now login to Insights as an Administrator and then update and execute your datasets as described here.

Within Compliance - creating datasets for custom tables

  • STEP 1: Go to Framework > Compliance Settings > Custom Tables. Click on the desired custom table and locate the Create Insights Dataset button.

Within Compliance - creating datasets for multi value fields

  • STEP 1: Go to Framework > Compliance Settings and go to the custom object, table or register which has your multi value field. Click on the desired field and locate the Create Insights Dataset button.
