1. Overview |
The Dashboard List and Viewer page allows user to,

2. Browse Dashboards |
STEP 1: Click Dashboard List.
STEP 2: Dashboards are displayed in their respective categories and sub-categories (Figure 2.1).
STEP 3: Click the arrow icon on the right to view dashboard properties (Figure 2.2).
STEP 4: Bottom buttons allow you to:
Open (in Dashboard Designer)
Copy or Move
Print
Export
Email
Add Subscriptions
Delete
3. Search for Dashboards |
STEP 1: Use the Search box at the top.
STEP 2: Select the search element from the dropdown (default: All).
STEP 3: Type a partial name and click the search icon.
STEP 4: Matching dashboards are displayed
4. Rename Dashboard Categories |
STEP 1: Click the pencil icon next to a category.
STEP 2: Edit the name and click the check icon to save.
Note: Names must be unique; duplicate category names are not allowed.
5. Copy or Move Dashboard |
STEP 1: Click Copy or Move button
STEP 2: Specify the Category/Subcategory to move or copy the dashboard to.
STEP 3: Click OK to complete the operation.
6. Manage Subscriptions for Current User |
STEP 1: Click Subscribe to open the Subscription box.
STEP 2: Add or edit dashboard subscriptions similar to Report Subscriptions.
STEP 3: To delete multiple subscriptions:
Tick checkboxes beside each subscription.
Click the delete icon (wastebasket) at the bottom.
STEP 4: Click Close to collapse the Subscription box
7. Manage Scheduled Deliveries |
STEP 1: Click Schedule to open the Schedule List.
STEP 2: Use the Search, Add, and Delete functions similar to Report Designer.
8. Print Dashboard |
STEP 1: Click Print.
STEP 2: Select HTML or PDF format in the Print pop-up.
Note: The Print pop-up is similar to Dashboard Designer.
9. Email |
STEP 1: Click Email.
STEP 2: Select either Link or Embedded HTML to open the Compose Email pop-up.
Note: Compose Email is similar to Dashboard Designer.
10. Export |
STEP 1: Click Export.
STEP 2: Select the required export type.
STEP 3: Dashboard will be exported to the selected file type
11. View Dashboard |
Click on a dashboard’s name to go to Dashboard Designer screen.
12. Configure Child Report Parts |
STEP 1: Click the Configuration Mode (page flip) icon on the report part’s title bar.
STEP 2: Edit and format the title and description.
STEP 3: Report Part Menu allows users to:
View, quick edit, and design report parts in a new window.
Print and export report parts.
Re-select report parts using the Select Report Part button.
