The Report Viewer page allows users to
view report in browser.

2. View Report |
In the Report Viewer, a Report is displayed in View mode in which state its design is un-editable. This is the most common way in which users will likely consume reports.
STEP 1: Open the Report Viewer by doing any of the following:
Click the report name from the Report List page.
Click the Open button from the Report List page.
Click a report link received via email
The buttons at the top allow you to:
STEP 2: Show or hide the report header and footer (if available) by clicking the Header & Footer button.
STEP 3: Add a subscription to the report by clicking the Add Subscription button (Refer to Report List).
STEP 4: Print the report by clicking the Print button (Refer to Report List).
STEP 5: Email the report by clicking the Email button and choosing either Link, Attachment, or Embedded HTML (Refer to Report List).
STEP 6: Export the report by clicking the Export button and selecting the desired file format.
STEP 7: Edit the report by clicking the Edit button:
Select Quick Edit mode to configure report part properties (Refer to Report List).
Select Design mode to modify the report layout and design (Refer to Report List).
STEP 8: Copy the report by clicking the Copy button (Refer to Report List).
STEP 9: Move the report by clicking the Move button (Refer to Report List).
STEP 10: View the report’s history by clicking the View History button.
STEP 11: Adjust report filters if you have permission.
STEP 12: Save your changes by clicking Save to update the original report or Save As to create a new copy.
STEP 13: Close the Report Viewer by clicking the Close button to return to the Report List.
