Camms is pleased to bring you the Quarterly Product Release Note for Camms.Risk Audit Management Capability.

This quarter we've got a number of exciting new features and enhancements to improve your user experience within the system, which will be available in your Test environment on 4th December 2021 and will be available in your Live instance on 18th December 2021.

Introducing snippets to display data of custom text fields in Audit and Recommendations

This enhancement introduces new snippets for Audit and Recommendation related emails which will display data of custom text fields.

How do you configure this?

  • Ten (10) new snippets titled ‘SingleLineTextfield 1-10’ will appear in the ‘Email Templates’ area (Camms.Risk Audit Menu > Administration > Audit Administration > Email Templates > [Create new template or edit an existing template] > Insert Code Snippet).

  • Users with ‘Administrator’ permission will be able to access the Email Templates area.

Note: Customers who have enabled the new Flexible Hierarchy permission structure, will require users to have View/ Edit permissions to the ‘Audit Administration’ page within the roles that they are assigned with.

  • These snippets will retrieve the data in ‘SingleLineTextfield 1 -10’ fields (if configured) in Audit or Recommendation, based on the email trigger coupled with, and will be displayed in the email that users receive.
    Example: If a template consists of ‘SingleLineTextfield 1 -10’, is coupled with an audit related email trigger, the data for these snippets will be retrieved from the SingleLineTextfield 1 -10 custom fields in Audit.

How does this work?

  • Based on the above configuration, you will be able see the data in the ‘SingleLineTextfield 1 -10’ within the Audit and Recommendation related emails you receive.
