Release Note - December 2022
Camms is pleased to announce the December 2022 Release for the Camms.College Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
This release includes new features and enhancements to better your user experience within the system. They will be available to all users on 8th December 2022.

Feature Release
1. User Management Enhancements for Group Administrators
Group Administrators can now create, deactivate and restrict access to users within their organisation. Group Administrators can also assign existing Leaners as Camms.College Administrators to their organisation, and downgrade existing Administrators as Learner users.
Creating New Learners
Group Administrators can create new Learners by navigating to ‘Central Admin > Learner Directory > New Learner’.
Ensure to enter all mandatory fields (marked in “*”) to create a new Learner. Once entered, click on ‘Create Leaner’. This will create a new Learner within your organisation in the ‘Active’ state. An automated Email will be sent to the Learner where they can then create their own unique password and log in to the platform.
Deactivating, Restricting and Activating Learners
Group Administrators can now Deactivate, Restrict and Re-Activate existing learners through the Learner Directory. To do this:
Select the user(s) from the check box on the left-hand panel.
Click on ‘Active’, ‘Inactive’ or ‘New’ status to execute the action.
Definitions:
Status | Definition |
|---|---|
Active | User will have access to ALL Courses, Webinars and F2F Training recordings. |
Inactive | User will not be able to login to the platform. |
New | User will only be able to launch Webinars and F2F. |
Assigning and Downgrading Group Administrators
Group Administrators can assign new Group Administrators to their organisation and downgrade existing Administrators as Learners. To do this, Group Administrators should:
Select the user(s) from the check box on the left-hand panel.
Click on ‘Set as Admin’ or ‘Set as Learner’ to execute the action.
Improvements
Enhancements made to Report Templates
Report templates can now be viewed only by users from that same organisation.
IMPACT: Group Administrator.Bulk Un-Enrollment
Platform Administrators can now un-enrol multiple users from a single Learning Activity at once.
IMPACT: Platform Administrator.Custom Catalogues
Platform Administrators can now assign Learning Activities to separate Catalogues based on Organisation Type. IMPACT: Platform Administrator.
