Camms is pleased to announce the April 2025 Release for the Camms.College Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
This release includes a number of enhancements to improve your user experience within the system. They will be available to all users on Thursday, 10th April 2025.

1. Instructor “Trainer“ Filter Now Available in Catalogue
Finding the right learning activity just got easier.
Trainer Filter in Catalogue – A new filter option has been added to the Catalogue, allowing users to filter learning activities by instructor (Trainer). You can select multiple instructors to view all related courses and webinars taught by them.

2. Status "Incomplete" Renamed to "In Progress"
Clearer status labels for a better learning experience.
Updated Status Terminology – The previously used status "Incomplete" has now been updated to "In Progress" across the platform to improve clarity.
You’ll now see statuses as:
Not Attempted
In Progress
Completed

3. Trainer’s Catalogue Now Available
Explore all learning activities conducted by your favourite instructors in one place.
Trainer’s Catalogue – A new catalogue view has been introduced, allowing learners to see all learning activities conducted by a specific instructor ("Trainer").
You can access a trainer’s catalogue by clicking “View All” from the Related Activities section on the trainer’s profile page.

4. Downloadable Reports Now Have Clearer File Names
No more guessing which report you just downloaded.
Meaningful File Names – All downloadable reports now automatically include the report name along with the date and time of download. This helps users easily identify and manage their downloaded reports.

5. Service Hours Dashboard Discontinued
To streamline user experience, Consulting Hours management has now moved to the Riskonnect Success Portal.
What’s Changed – The Consulting Hours Dashboard within the LXP is no longer active. While you will still see a message with a link (Click Here) directing you to the Risk Connect Success Portal, all hours displayed within the dashboard are reset to zero and access to the Service Hours Detailed Report is no longer available in LXP.

5. New “Select All Learners” Option in Distribution Module
Distributing learning activities just got easier!
Select All Learners at Once – A new “Select All” option has been introduced in the Distribution module, allowing group admins to select all learners in their group with a single click. This eliminates the need to navigate page by page to select learners manually, making the distribution process faster and more efficient.
