Camms is pleased to bring you the Quarterly Product Release Note for the Camms.College Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
This quarter, our release includes a number of enhancements to improve your user experience within the system. They will be available to all users on Saturday, 04th May 2024.

Feature Release
1. Introducing ‘Playlists’
We're excited to introduce the new Playlist feature, designed to revolutionise the learning experience on our platform. Here's what you need to know:
What are Playlists? Playlists are curated collections of learning activities put together by Platform Administrators. They offer learners a cohesive set of resources grouped around a specific topic or theme.
Accessing Playlists: Learners can now enrol in or be assigned to a Playlist, making it easily accessible from their Catalogue or My Learning page.
Tailored Playlists for Organisations: Group Administrators can request custom playlists tailored to the needs of their organisation. Additionally, they can request automatic distribution of these playlists to all existing and new users within their organisation. This automation streamlines the distribution of learning activities for everyone within the organisation.

1. Introducing the ‘Recent Activities’ section on the Dashboard
We're thrilled to announce a new 'Recent Activities' section on your Dashboard. This improvement is designed to enhance your user experience by providing convenient access to your most recent engagements directly from the Dashboard.
With the 'Recent Activities' section, you can quickly view and access the latest activities you've participated in, right from your Dashboard.

2. Enhanced User Experience with MyLearning Filters and Sorting
We have implemented filters and sorting options on the MyLearning module to enhance user experience. This update empowers users to efficiently manage their learning journey by providing the following functionalities:
Filtering Options: Users can effortlessly filter their learning activities by status - Not Attempted, Incomplete, and Completed. This enables users to focus on specific subsets of their learning content based on their progress.
Sorting Options: Sorting options by Title, Product, Last Enrolled, and Last Attempted have been added. This allows users to arrange their learning activities according to their preferences, facilitating easier navigation and organisation.
With these enhancements, users can easily organise their Learning Activities, making them more efficient and tailored to their needs.

3. Access to Support Resources
A new Support Portal tab has been added to the top navigation, streamlining access to the Camms Helpdesk portal.
