I'm unable to see/use the new functionality when I log in after the new release/ I'm having random errors when I log in after the new release.
Answer
Always clear your cache after a new release. For IE 9, 10 and 11, you can clear the cache using the following steps:
STEP 1: Select Tools via the Gear Icon > Safety > Delete browsing history.
STEP 2: Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.
STEP 3: You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies.

There are issues in the user interface/ Some menus are out of place/ Text on screen are jumbled together.
Answer
This could be due to compatibility mode being switched on. To disable compatibility mode in IE:
STEP 1: Open Internet Explorer.
STEP 2: Click Tools and select Compatibility View Settings.
STEP 3: Un-check the box next to ‘Display all websites in compatibility view’.
OR Select the sites that are giving you issues and remove them from the list by clicking Remove.STEP 4: Click Close and Refresh the browser.

I am having issues drag and dropping records when linking (e.g.: Linking KPIs). No dotted box appears when dropping the record.
Answer
Try dragging and dropping the record by clicking your mouse cursor on the record without touching the record text, i.e. click on it outside of the record text area (not directly on top of the text).
It should allow you to drag it over now and you will be able to see the dotted line.
