This quarter we've got an exciting new feature to improve your user experience within the system, which will be available in your Test environment on 12th March 2022 and will be available in your Live instance on 26th March 2022.

1. New standard Survey Response Report |
This new Survey Response Report will showcase the details captured in the Survey Register, comprising separate report sections depicting a summary view of Survey details, information on individuals yet to respond, and a summary of responses.
This report consists of the below filters which will enable you to filter and display the required content, while providing the ability to control the visibility of certain report sections and fields.

1.1 Survey Details Summary
This will be the first section of the report and you will be able to see the following fields and widgets which will fit into the first page of the report body.
Survey Period
Due Date
Due In
Respondents Breakdown: A progress bar to display the percentage in the number of responses that has been received out of the invites that has been sent.
Total No. of Questions: A widget which depicts a raw statistic of the total number of questions that has been included in the survey.
Total Response Due: A widget which depicts a raw statistic of the grand total of individual questions included in all invites that were sent in the survey.
Total Responses Received: A widget which depicts a raw statistic of the grand total number of individual questions for which responses were received.
1.2 Individuals Yet to RespondÂ
Upon ticking the ‘Include Individuals Yet to Respond’ checkbox within the filter page, this section will appear in the report body. In this section, you will view the individuals who have not completed/responded to the total number of questions they have received in a table view.
The table will display the below fields:
Name
Position
Email
Questions Left
1.3 Response Summary
Upon ticking the ‘Include Response Details’ checkbox within the filter page, this section will appear in the report body.
This section will detail out each of the questions included in the survey, categorised by the section and details pertaining to each question depicted in a table view.

Note: User permissions which are configured through the ‘Survey Setting’ will let you to add and edit survey settings such as user list, inherited user roles, and user roles.Â
