What is your process for raising enhancement requests? Is there the ability to fund any development?

Camms are a SaaS solution, and we have a product feedback portal that is a tool we are using to capture customer feedback on ideas that they would like to see in our software (however never guaranteed).

All of the feedback will be reviewed by our Product Team on a regular basis and if aligned to the Product Direction, these will be added to our Product Roadmap.

Escalations can be made as per our support escalation process and any request for funding of any product development will be considered on an individual basis.
