  • If the desired product navigation does not work due to cache-related issues, users can try alternative avenues to access the required application area. For example:

    • If a user encounters difficulties navigating to an Incident record from the Risk dashboard pop-up, they may still be able to access the record directly from the Incident Register.

    • Similarly, if navigating to a Risk record from Quick Update fails, users can access the record directly from the Risk Register.

  • In cases where an email link fails to navigate to the desired record after authentication, users can still access it from the registers.

  • Users may encounter unauthorised messages while progressing through the product, often due to expired tokens. Such issues can typically be resolved by logging into the system and retrying, screenshots below illustrate examples of these unauthorised messages.

  • If a user experiences difficulty accessing the product due to session timeout, logging back into the system and retrying may be necessary.

  • In the event of authentication failure users may need to retry by clearing the browser cache.

  3. Go to More Tools: Scroll down and expand the "More Tools" sub-menu near the bottom of the menu.

  5. Select Data to Clear: Choose the time range for which you want to clear data (e.g., "Last 24 hours," "All time"). Check the boxes next to the types of data you want to clear, including "Browsing history," "Cookies and other site data," and "Cached images and files."
