User 'Remember me' is not working - sign in details are not saving.

A few things here.

  1. Camms recommends the use of the latest URLs in your default intranet links as the older ones will eventually be removed:

New URLs
https://camms.com.au/risk
https://camms.com.au/project
https://camms.com.au/strategy

  1. The Web-Browser only saves the logins under a specific URL, and if users try using another URL that doesn't have the logins saved in the Browser, the auto login will not work for that URL. But once the users logins are saved in the browser for a URL, it should auto fill the form with the saved information on next login.

Other reasons that might cause this to check in the browser:

a) If the User has declined to save the logins, the browser will no longer offer nor save the logins.

They can visit the Browser settings and ensure the below are enabled:

When logging in, this should popup, and you should select "Save" so that the browser will save the logins:

If it doesn't popup, that means it's already declined during a previous attempt.

Step 1: In Edge, navigate to Profiles > Passwords

Step 2: click the below 'Declined sites and apps'

Step 3: Click the "X" Button to remove it from the Exclusions.

In Google, you can visit:

Step 2: and Click on the "X" button:

Now when the user logs in, it should provide the Popup and the user can click the "Save" Button.

This will save the Logins and will auto fill the form next time they use it.
