  • Hyperlinked records to navigate you to the record details page.

  • Expand the update area of the record to view further details.

  • Allows you to update and save multiple records in one click.

Notes:

  • Fields/columns displayed in the My Quick Update page for an Incident Object can be configured by enabling the ‘Show In My Quick Update’ tick box in the 'Field Configuration Details' page accessed via Menu > Framework > Incident Settings > Object Configuration > [select Object] > [select Field Object] > [enable Show in My Quick Update option].

  • If there are any sections in the 'My Quick Update' which have no records to show, these sections will be hidden for the logged in user.

Example: If the logged in user Joe Smith does not have any responsible incident/investigation records in the system, the ‘My Incidents/My Investigations’ section will be completely hidden to them in the ‘My Quick Update’ area of the application.
