Report Explorer – Project Report

The Project report is designed to provide the users with the ability to extract all Project related information for a selected project from the system. This report includes details of all the project phases.

Ref

Displays the project reference number. (Defined within Proposal > Project Details area).

Owner

Displays the project owner’s name. (Defined within Proposal > Project Details area).

Description

Displays the project description. (Defined within Proposal > Project Details area).

Parent Project

Displays the name of the parent project this project belongs to (if available). (Defined within Proposal > Project Details area).

Time Frame

Displays the Start and Completion date. (Defined within Proposal > Project Details area).

Project Type

Displays the project type. (Defined within Proposal > Project Details area).

Primary Strategy

Displays the project’s primary strategy. (Defined within Proposal > Project Linkages > Initiative area).

Project Expenditure

Expenditure

Displays the expenditure title.

Description

Displays the expenditure description.

Weight

Displays expenditure weightage.

Project Phases

Phase

Displays the name of the phase.

From/To

Displays the phase’s Date to and Date From.

Project Linkage

Primary Strategy

Displays the primary strategy which the project falls under. (Defined within Proposal > Project Linkages > Initiative area).

Secondary Strategy

Displays the multiple secondary strategies assigned to the project. (Defined within Proposal > Project Linkages > Initiative area).

Funding Partners – Displays a list of funding partners assigned to the project.

Preliminary Budget – Displays budget details defined within the Preliminary Budget tab in a table grid.

Project Board and Team

Project Member

Displays staff name of project member. (Defined in the Proposal > Project Board and Team).

Project Position

Displays the staff member’s position on this project’s board. (Defined in the Proposal > Project Board and Team).

Implementation

Indicates whether the staff member is in an implementation role or not. (Defined in the Proposal > Project Board and Team).

Business Case Details

Project Purpose

Displays the project’s purpose. (Defined in the Proposal > Business Sase Area).

Consultation

Displays the project consultation comment. (Defined in the Proposal > Business Case area).

Business Impact

Displays the project’s business impact. (Defined in the Proposal > Business Case area).

Lessons from prior project

Displays the lessons learnt from prior projects. (Defined in the Proposal > Business Case area).

Project Objectives

Objective

Displays the objective’s title.

Scale

Displays the scale defined for the objective.

Comments

Displays objective’s comments.

Project Delivery Options – Displays a list of project delivery options.

Project Outputs

Name

Displays project output name. (Defined in the Proposal > Project Outputs area).

Description

Displays output description. (Defined in the Proposal > Project Outputs area).

Stakeholder Analysis – For each stakeholder assigned to the project, displays its name and each field configured beneath the stakeholder with the selection made for that field. (Defined in the Proposal > Stakeholder Analysis area).

Name of risk assessment. (Defined in Assessment > Risk Assessment area).

Responsible Person

Staff member assigned as responsible person. (Defined in Assessment > Risk Assessment area).

Causes

Causes identified. (Defined in Assessment > Risk Assessment area).

Consequences

Consequences identified. (Defined in Assessment > Risk Assessment area).

Risk category

Names of risk categories this risk is assigned to. (Defined in Assessment > Risk Assessment area).

Issue Register

Issue Title

Name of issue. (Defined in Planning > Issue Register area).

Responsible Person

Staff member assigned as responsible person. (Defined in Planning > Issue Register area).

Date Logged

Logged date of issue. (Defined in Planning > Issue Register area).

Date Resolved

Resolved date of issue. (Defined in Planning > Issue Register area).

Status

Issue status i.e., in progress, not started etc.  (Defined in Planning > Issue Register area).

Resolution

Issue resolution. (Defined in Planning > Issue Register area).

KPI's

KPI

KPI title. (Defined in Assessment > KPIs > KPI Evaluation).

Comments

KPI description. (Defined in Assessment > KPIs > KPI Evaluation).

Responsible Officer

Staff member assigned as responsible person. (Defined in Assessment > KPIs > KPI Evaluation).
