Report Explorer – Budget Report
The Budget Report is designed to provide summarised organisational project budget details over the years. This report displays budget details of the selected reporting period and immediate next four reporting periods.
To generate Budget Report, follow the steps below.
STEP 1: Click Report Explorer to view the list of reports.
STEP 2: Select 'Budget Report' from the list.
STEP 3: Select relevant filters a period from the 'Budget report for 5 years starting from' drop down.
STEP 4: Click Preview to view a copy of the generated report.
STEP 5: Select the output file type.
STEP 6: Click Export to generate the budget report.
Report Filters
Filter | Description |
---|---|
Projects | Multi select filter to select projects. |
Date Select | To find projects falling within the selected timeframe (according to the start or end date of the project). |
Project Type | Dropdown filter to select project type. |
Project Category | Dropdown filter to select project category. |
Project Status | Multi- select check-box filter to select project status (Open/Closed/Upcoming). Applicable if you have used the Close Project object in the workflows. |
Project Manager | Dropdown filter to select project manager. |
Show Budget Details | Displays the Budget Details area if ticked. |
Show Account Level Information | Display account level information within the Detailed Area (Implementation Budget) if this tick box is ticked. |
Reporting Year | In order to generate a five-year report, enter a starting year. Current financial year is selected by default. |
Report Body
Report Element | Description |
---|---|
Code | Project Reference code, (Defined when creating the project in Add new project area). |
Project Name | The name of the project, (Defined when creating the project in Add new project area). |
Net Budget (shown up to 3 years) | Net budget amount for the particular year defined in Preliminary Budget object. |
