Control List Component

1. Overview

  • This component will display controls in a grid view. The dashboard view of the Risk Control List component will be as follows:

2. Configuration of Risk Control component

  • Once you drag and drop the component to the page design area,you can click on the edit icon to edit the details of the Risk Control List Component.

  1. Title - You can add a title to the component, which will be displayed above the component.

  2. Description – A description for the component can be added which will be displayed above the component.

    • Click on the Save button to save the changes.

    • Both the title and the description will be displayed above the component.

    • All the Risk Controls which are linked to the Risk will be listed in the Risk Control Configuration grid.

  3.  Search Bar- You can search for a Risk Control by entering text on the type in search bar placed about. 

  • You can click on the edit icon placed at the right corner to edit the details of each risk.

  1. Title - You can add a title to the component, which will be displayed above the component.

    • Click on the ‘Save’ button to save the changes.

    • Both the title and the description will be displayed above the component.

    • All the Controls which are linked to risks will be listed in the Control Configuration grid.

  3.  Search Bar - You can search for a Control by entering text on the type in search bar placed about. 

  • You can click on the edit icon placed at the right corner to edit the details of each control.

  1. Control Name - refers to the control name added in Camms.Risk. You can change the name through the admin panel as per your requirement.

  2. Control Comment – refers to the comment added in control comment control field in Camms.Risk.

  3. Control Authorizer Comment - refers to the control comment added in control authorizer comment field in Camms.Risk.

  4. Progress Date - You can setup a custom performance date for (besides the global performance period setup at the dashboard creation phase) controls individually.  This will show you data within the period which includes the given date.

  5. Visibility – You have to enable the visibility toggle button to show the control on the dashboard. The toggle button is disabled by default.

  • You can configure the fields to be shown on the ‘Control List’ on your dashboard by clicking on the configure icon of the ‘Control List’ component.

  • Apply to – This dropdown will allow you to apply the configurations dashboard wise, component wise or page wise at once.  Default value will be ‘Apply to dashboard’. You have the ability to select the required option from the dropdown. This dropdown will be available underneath every configuration grid.

  • Freeze 'Control Title' columns in the Control list - If you enable this toggle button, you can see the Control title columns as the first column in the control list, and even when you scroll the control list horizontally, that columcolumn would remain the same.

  • Field Name - refers to the field name in Camms.Strategy.

  • Label Name – refers to the field name to be displayed on the dashboard, you can edit this as per your choice.

  • Visibility – tick the visibility check box to make the fields visible on the dashboard. The check boxes will be unticked by default.

  • You can click Save button to save the changes.

Note: If you drag and drop a ‘Control List’ to a node in the hierarchy controller all the Controls which are linked to the database will be listed.
