Configure Client Details / Header
Step 1: Click on the “Admin” icon visible on the header to navigate to the Admin Panel.
Note: Once logged in, you can view the private Dashboards with assigned view permission to you along with the public Dashboards.
Step 2: Click on the “Client Details” icon in the left side navigation menu.
Step 3: Add or edit the ‘Client Name’ text field which will appear on the Dashboard header.
Step 4: Upload your organization logo from your local drive by clicking on the “Choose File” button placed next to the Logo section.
Note: You can delete the existing ‘Logo’ by clicking on the “Delete” button and you can select a previously uploaded logo by clicking on the “Select Existing Image” button.
Step 5: Tick the “Show Logo” check box to display the uploaded logo as the Dashboard logo on the header section.
Tip: You can untick the checkbox to hide the logo from the Dashboard header.
Step 6: You can add an official website URL as you like which will hyperlink to the “Website” icon on the header section that will open the website in a new tab of your web-browser when clicked on. Once the URL has been entered, you would be able to enter a label for the URL through the ‘Official Website URL Label’ field.
Note: The URL format will be validated, and it should be in the following format (https://www.riskonnect.com/).
Note: If the ‘Official Website URL Label’ has not been entered, the hyperlink accessible through the header section would display ‘Website’ as the default label.
Step 7: You can upload a background image for the Dashboard from your local drive by clicking on the ‘Choose file’ button placed next to the ‘Dashboard Background Image’ section.
If a separate Dashboard background image is not required, you would be able to turn ON the ‘Use the first dashboard background image’ toggle button to set the background image of the first Dashboard as the ‘Dashboard Background Image’.
Tip: Upload the logo and background image based on the recommended image specification mentioned underneath the ‘Logo’ and ‘Dashboard Background Image’ sections, for better appearance.
