This section will show the top performers and under performers of the selected hierarchy level or organisation. The overall rating of each individual user is considered when identifying High performers and Under Performers. A lower bound value and an upper bound value is set by CAMMS during configuration, if the overall rating is greater than the upper bound then the user is considered as a high performer. If it’s lower than or equals to the lower bound then the user is considered as an under performer. The number of high performers and under performers shown in the chart will be set by CAMMS during configuration.
