This article contains:

1. Home Page

The Risk Home Page is the landing page when you log into the Camms.Risk application; and will be personalised to display risk information relevant to the logged in user.

2. Welcome Panel

The left side welcome panel shows you the various options you have to select from. Hovering over any of these menu icons will display a tooltip caption of its functionality.

 

Add New: Add a new risk type (e.g. Strategic, Operational, Project, Corporate) or any other product's item using this section. See articles Risk Management – Risk Registers and Risk Assessment for details on adding a new risk type.

My Quick Update: Access the My Quick Update page to view, review, and update your responsibilities. See article Workspace – My Quick Update for details on this page.

 

Risk Register: Access a Risk Register directly from this menu by clicking on this menu and click the register you would like to view from: Strategic, Operational, Project, Corporate, or Controls Register. You can set the default home page to be any register via Menu > Workspace > My Settings. See article Workspace – My Settings.

Control Register: Access a Control Register directly from this menu by clicking on menu and click the Control Register you would like to view from. (only applicable if you have purchased this product). See article Risk Workspace – Control Register under the camms.control register user guide for more details.

 

Audit Register: Access a Camms.Risk Audit Register directly from this menu by clicking on this menu and click the audit register you would like to view from. (Only applicable if you have purchased this product.) See articles Audit Management – Audit, Audit Management – Finding, Audit Management – Recommendations under the Camms.Risk Audit user guide for details on these registers.

 

Incident Register: Access a Camms.Risk Incident Register directly from this menu by clicking on this menu and click the register you would like to view from. (Only applicable if you have purchased this product.) See article Incident Register under the Camms.Risk Incident user guide for details on this register.

 

Compliance Register: Access a Camms.Risk Compliance Register directly from this menu by clicking on this menu and click the register you would like to view from. (Only applicable if you have purchased this product.) See articles Compliance Obligations Register, Authority Document Register, and Policy Register under the Camms.Risk Compliance user guide for details on these registers.

 

Survey Register: Access a Survey Register directly from this menu by clicking on menu and click the Control Register you would like to view from. (only applicable if you have purchased this product). See article Survey Register under the camms.Survey register user guide for more details.

 

Executive Intelligence (EIS): Access the Executive Intelligence page by clicking on this menu. This will be visible if you have the relevant EIS permissions. See article Workspace – Executive Intelligence for details on this page.

 

Analysis: Access any analysis pages available (Risk Analysis, Incident Analysis, Dashboard) by clicking on this menu. These pages will contain statistical data for visualisation and analysis. This will be visible if you have the relevant permissions setup to access these sections. See articles Workspace – Risk Analysis, Incident Analysis, and Workspace – Dashboard for details on these pages.

 

Reports: Access any report pages of the Risk, Incident, Compliance, and Audit products available by clicking on this menu. See articles Risk Reports, Incident Reports, Compliance Reports, Audit Reports for details on these reports.

Notes: 

  • The default settings can be changed to have any of the above sections as the default home page according to your preference (accessed via Menu > Workspace > My Settings or click on the profile picture at the top-right corner and click on My Settings in the menu). See article Workspace – My Settings for details on this.

  • The 'Strategic Risk Register' page will be set as the system default home page for a new user.

  • Executive Intelligence and any other executive tool (Risk Analysis or EIS) will be available only if you have privileges to these pages.

3. Top Navigation Panel

The top navigation panel will be visible throughout the application and will include:

  • Left corner: Camms.Risk product logo, the logo of your organisation

  • Right corner: Support menu (About us, Support, User guide), Menu to navigate between other Camms products (if purchased), Main Menu (hamburger menu) to navigate within the product, Profile image menu (Your logged in name/designation, Alerts, My Settings, Log Out)

 

The main menu icon or the hamburger menu icon that is visible throughout Camms.Risk will allow you to navigate through all Risk related areas (If you have the permission to do so). This includes:

  • Workspace

  • Framework

  • Risk Management

  • Incident Management (if applicable)

  • Audit Management (if applicable)

  • Compliance Management (if applicable)

  • Hazard Management (if applicable)

  • Quick Search

  • Reports

  • Administration
