Incident Reports

1. Overview

Access Incident reports via Menu > Reports > Incident Reports or via the left-hand navigation panel.

To preview a report:

  • STEP 1: Click on a listed report.

  • STEP 2: Enter report criteria, the Export Type of the report, and click Generate Report.

2. Incident Action Summary Report

This report will display a summary on incident actions.

  • Fill in your required filter criteria and click on the Generate Report button to view the report.

3. Incident Master Report

This gives an overall report on each and every objects in the workflow.

  • STEP 1: Select an incident from the Incidents dropdown menu.

  • STEP 2: Select the export type, whether PDF, Word or Excel.

  • STEP 3: Click Preview.

4. Incident Registry Report

This report will display incident registry details.

  • Fill in your required filter criteria and click on the Generate Report button to view the report.

Incidents

This will allow the user to select the incident to filter the report content accordingly.

Incident Types

This will allow the user to select the type of incident & filter the report content accordingly.

Incident Categories

This dropdown allows the user to select the category that a particular incident belongs to.

E.g. Communication, Personnel, Training

Incident Priorities

This allows the user to select one or more incident ratings at the same time in order to filter incidents (i.e. High, Medium, Low).

Incident Severities

This allows the user to select one or more incident severities at the same time in order to filter risks (i.e. Minor, Moderate, Cosmetic, Major, Critical).

Responsible Officer

Staff member that the incident is assigned to via incident details page.

Incident Reported Date

The start and end date the incident was reported as recorded within incident details page.

Incident Action Date

The start and end date for the incident action.

Incident Locations

List of locations that would allow you to search incidents by the location that the incident has taken place as recorded within incident details page.

Export Type

Lists out the types of formats that the report can be exported into.

5. Incident Summary Report

This report will display summary overview details of all incidents; including incident status, incident priority, and incident severity.

  • Fill in your required filter criteria and click on the Generate Report button to view the report.

This report will display incident record details.

  • Fill in your required filter criteria and click on the Generate Report button to view the report.

This report will display incident register details.

  • Fill in your required filter criteria and click on the Generate Report button to view the report.

8. Notification Trigger Details Report

This report will display incident register details.

  • Fill in your required filter criteria and click on the Generate Report button to view the report.

9. User Permission Report

This report will display User Permission  record details.

  • Fill in your required filter criteria and click on the Generate Report button to view the report.
