Incident Analysis

Access the Incident Analysis page via Menu > Incident Management > Incident Analysis.

This page will give you an overall view on Incidents by Priority, Severity, and Incidents by Status, Incident Summary, and Incidents by Incident Close Status.
If you link your incidents to your Hierarchies, you can use the Hierarchy tree on the left to filter the graphs by the specific hierarchy node.

2. Location Analysis |
The Location Analysis tab will let you plot the locations with latitudes and longitudes on where the incident has occurred.
