You can define progress thresholds (on track figure and off track figures) using this option. This is currently used for defining the thresholds for Action Traffic Lights. For more information on how the Action Progress is calculated please refer to the Action Progress Calculation article.
STEP 1: Go to Administration > Configuration> Action Progress Threshold.

STEP 2: Specify ‘On track’ and ‘Off Track’ figures and click the save icon.
Business Rule
Action Performance >= On Track value = On Track → Green
Action Performance < Off Track value = Off Track → Red
Off Track value <= Action Performance < On Track value = Monitoring → Amber
Action Performance = Percent Complete / Period Target Value x 100
