Reports – Action Reporting

1. Actions by committees |
This report displays all Actions that have been allocated to a specific committee during the planning process. Committees (Governance) are linked to Strategies, and then the actions are linked to the Strategies. This link will enable the actions to show in this report. Therefore, the actions that need to be linked to a particular Committee, the Strategy that the action/s are linked to needs to be linked to the Committee. You can do this through Planning > Strategic > Strategies area.
STEP 1: To access this report, go to Reports > Corporate Business Planning > Action Reporting and select the 'Action by Committee' report.
STEP 2: Select the relevant criteria and click the Preview button.
The filters available to sort the details are:
Filters | Description | Default Selection |
|---|---|---|
Reporting Year | Select the reporting year which will determine what actions to be pulled across. Note: Only actions within the reporting year (has a start and/or end date within the reporting year) will be displayed. | Current financial year |
Business Unit | Select the Business Unit from the drop-down list in order to filter by Business Unit. The default selection is Show All. | Show all |
Governance | Select the Governance form the drop-down list. The default selection is Show All. | Show all |
Responsible Person | Select the staff member from the Responsible Person by filter by Responsible Person. | Show All |
