Reports – Specialist Plan Progress Report
This report shows the progress of actions linked to related plans. Actions are grouped by Strategies and must be linked to the filtered related plan in order for it to be displayed within the report. The report is run by quarter (or if you have monthly targets, by month).
STEP 1: To access this report, go to Reports > Corporate Business Planning > Progress Reporting and select the 'Specialist Plan Progress Report'.
STEP 2: Select the relevant criteria and click the Preview button.
The filters available to sort the details are:

Quarter Reporting Year (or Month) | Select the reporting year and Quarter (or month) which will determine what actions to be pulled across. Note: Only the actions that are within the reporting year and quarter (has a start and/or end date within the reporting year) will be displayed. | Current financial year and first quarter |
Related Plan | Select the Related Plan to filter the actions by Related Plan. There is no show all option, therefore you must select a Related Plan. | First Related Plan in the drop-down list |
