Reports – Council Plan
The Council Plan report is a standard report which links to the standard action tick box called Council Plan.
Note: Within your organisation, you may have re-labeled this tick box to something else and which in this case the report will be named something specific to your organisation. The title of the report will be based on what you have called the tick box.
The report will filter out all actions that have the 'Council Plan' tick box ticked by Reporting year. It will be grouped by your strategic plan - Goal, Outcome and Strategy.
The filters available to sort the details are:

Reporting Year | Select the required reporting year from the drop-down list. The reporting year filter selected will display actions which are only within the reporting year selected. i.e.; Having a start and/or end date within the reporting year. | Current Year |
