1. Overview

The Compliance by Authority Document component in Camms.Engage Dashboard allows you to showcase active Authority Documents and their linked Obligations from the Camms.Risk Compliance Solution Module. With advanced visualization features, you can gain insights into your compliance status at a glance.

1.1 Displaying Active Authority Documents

  • Users can view all active Authority Documents from the Camms.Risk Compliance Solution Module within the front end of the Dashboard.

  • The Authority Documents will be presented in a bar chart view, allowing for easy visualization of compliance status.

  • Each bar in the chart represents an Authority Document, and the length of the bar corresponds to the linked Obligation count as a percentage.

1.2 Bar Chart Colors

  • The bar colours depicted within the chart are configured based on the Traffic Light configuration settings.

  • These colours provide visual cues that indicate compliance levels, making it easier to identify areas of concern or improvement.

1.3 Previewing Authority Document Details

  • If a user clicks on the title of an Authority Document within the widget, they will be able to preview the selected Authority Document's details in another separate window.

  • This preview window provides additional information and insights about the Authority Document, enabling users to delve deeper into compliance details.

2. Configuration of Compliance by Authority Document Component

2.1 Adding and Editing the Component

  • Drag and drop the Compliance by Authority Document component to the desired location on your page design area.

  • Click on the 'Edit' icon within the component to configure its settings, including the title and description.

  • Provide a title and description for the component, which will be displayed above the component on the dashboard.

Note: Remember to click the ‘Save’ button to save the changes.

Utilize the search bar located above the Authority Documents list to search for specific Authority Documents by entering relevant text.

Tip: This feature helps you quickly find the desired Authority Document among the available options.

2.3 Accessing and Editing Authority Documents

  • In the Authority Documents Configuration grid, you'll find a list of all Authority Documents visible in Camms.Risk Compliance.

  • To edit the details of a specific Authority Document, simply click on the edit icon located in the right corner of the grid.

  • The Authority Document Code represents the reference assigned to the document in Camms.Risk.

Note: You cannot modify the code from the editing grid.

  • Customize the Authority Document Title by adjusting it through the admin panel according to your specific requirements.

  • By default, the visibility toggle buttons are disabled. Enable the visibility toggle to display relevant Authority Documents on the front-end of the Dashboard.

2.4 Configuring Fields for Front-End View

  • You have the flexibility to configure the fields displayed when selecting an Authority Document in the 'Compliance by Authority Document' component.

  • Click on the configure icon to access the field configuration options.

    • Field Name refers to the field name(s) within the Camms.Risk Compliance Solution.

    • Label Name represents the field name displayed on the front-end of the Dashboard. Personalize it as desired.

    • Tick the visibility checkbox to make the fields visible on the Dashboard. By default, all checkboxes are selected.

By effectively utilizing the Authority Document List, you can streamline compliance management and stay informed about your organization's adherence to regulations and obligations.
